This Privacy Policy aims to make known the way in which personal data are collected, processed and protected by the Jofemar Group and its clause is directed:

  • To the applicant for information related to any of the products and services of the Jofemar Group.
  • To the owner of the personal data collected through the different forms on the website.
  • To the owner of the contracts signed with the Jofemar Group.
  • It also regulates the processing of personal data provided in the past through various contact channels with the Jofemar Group with reference to this Policy, always to the extent that it does not contradict what was expressly accepted at the time of providing the data, which will be respected in any case.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Jofemar Group processes the personal data collected for the provision of services, products and sending communications by electronic means related to our activities and services.

Regarding each of the services offered, the user will find on this privacy portal a specific information policy related to the processing of personal data requested for the provision of the service in question.

 

ORIGIN OF DATA

The personal data collected come directly from the information provided by the interested parties or from the information systems of the Jofemar Group. The Jofemar Group obtains its data from:

  • The information you provide us through the different web forms that the Jofemar Group makes available to you for obtaining information,
  • From the management of the user’s registration in portals of the services of the Jofemar Group.
  • The information you provide us through the different contracts with Jofemar Group.

ACCURACY AND TRUTHFULNESS OF PROVIDED DATA

Users and interested parties in Jofemar Group activities and services guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided. They commit to keeping this information duly updated.

 

DATA RETENTION

Personal data provided by users and interested parties will be retained by Jofemar Group for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. This includes maintaining the relationship or connection between the individual and Jofemar Group. Users also have the right to oppose certain data processing (including withdrawing consent for specific treatments) and request data deletion.

In the event of any of these circumstances, personal data will enter a blocked state, during which access will be limited to the following purposes:

Once the blocking period ends, personal data will be permanently deleted:

  • If you provided your personal data through any contracts with Jofemar Group, the blocking period will be six (6) years from the end of the contractual relationship or from the date when the right to oppose treatment or delete personal data is exercised.
  • If you provided your personal data through various forms on Jofemar Group website, the general retention period will be two (2) years, subject to specific terms for each data processing activity.

In any case, data will be retained according to legal obligations applicable to Jofemar Group.

 

LEGITIMIZATION. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for processing personal data will be established according to the terms set forth in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for ordinary data or, where applicable, Article 9 of the same regulation for special categories of data. RECIPIENTS

During the processing of personal data, Grupo Jofemar will not transfer this data to third parties unless required by law or with the consent of the data subject. If necessary, data subjects will be informed of the consequences of not providing consent, including the inability to provide the requested service.

The provision of various services by Grupo Jofemar may require communication with IT service providers or other service providers acting as data processors. These providers are subject to confidentiality and security conditions in data processing.
